Recorder’s Office Post-Election Report
The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office released a report detailing the changes implemented and feedback received for the 2017 “all ballot by mail” local elections. Some highlights of the report include the explanation fo the drastic reduction in provisional voting and the results from online surveys sent to voters who participated in the election. A copy of the complete, detailed survey results are also available to read online.
This is the first report of its kind from the office and Recorder Adrian Fontes hopes to release a similar report after each election in his effort to improve transparency and accountability of the office.
